Fix console kicks​

Detailed description:

We all know how console can kick players for hacks, client modifications etc. It also kick players with no reason. 2 players 1v1 and one freez in air other guy keep hitting him and get kicked for "client modifications". Why console dont kick players who freez in air???​

Reason(s):

These things mostly hapenning on opsb and opfac. Most od time that is so annoying. And if player get kicked multiple times some staff (wont name wich one) call on screenshare and ban them for "Hacks" without full search.​

• The Anti-Cheat is always being improved. If you encounter false kicks, try recording videos of it happening and make a bug report about it HERE. Make sure to include as much info as possible when doing so. This is not a suggestion so I will be denying it.
