Factions Stuffed Up. (Can't break blocks in other peoples bases)Need a rollback

The factions plugin and several other plugins are missing so people can raid peoples bases by breaking into them and sethome inside. I think their should be a rollback for this as its just plain unfair for people who have spent a long time building their bases.

How long was this agoo ? If this happend longer then 2 days agoo they won't rollback.

it happend already 2 days ago so they said there was a option to reset but for now naving will happen and i trying to find somewhere to contact yoeri but for now is it waiting (i think nobody can get his stuff back because people wil say that they lost more then they did) and yeah they dont have a save from the world so it cant be rollbacked :[

It happened today, and they did not reset???
So many people lost so much stuff.
I lost over 50 million in stuff and now people have sethome inside my base.

There needs to be compensation on the bases lost to this, or mini rollbacks on the chunks that were effected. I don't want a rollback bc I just make like 4 sand walls, about 2-3 hrs each.
Ok, so wtf. Make a program that checks if the plugins are active, it is ez asf.
Hint Hint, it should look like this:
If (checks if there is plugins)
Else (Restarts server)
