Denied OP Factions /f access perms

Detailed description:

hey, i would like to suggest that /f access can be used for members of the faction and people that not in the faction , and the leader who is the only one who can do it, for an example, a leader of a faction stands on certain claim and types /f access ( player) and it doesnt matter if hes in the faction or not, should work in both​

Reason(s):

because lets say, ur in a faction , and u have a friend that is in another faction , and u want to have an access to certain claim such as traps , ur friend has to be the leader to give u access tho, and yea thats why​
