Extreme frame drops in the lobby

So basically i have a pretty powerful laptop and i usually get around 100-200FPS in game but when i return to the bed wars lobby i get 10-13 FPS can someone help me out?

Try going in your in-game settings and turning particles off. If it doesn't work then idk.

it happens to everyone. I generally get like 300 - 600 FPS in-game while in lobbies I only get around 120 - 210

It doesn't matter at all my FPS is also low but we aren't playing in the lobby just join a game it should be okay.
