EXP Selling/buying​

Detailed description:

Allowing to sell/buy exp to/from other player . there is already a command /withdrawexp .which not currently working i suggest to make it that we can withdraw our exp with that command like we do with money . and we can trade it with others . and about the lvl rewards if i claim it once and sell the exp and get demoted and again get that much exp to become same lvl we cant claim it again . eg : if i reach lvl 30 and claimed reward . and then i sell the exp and became 28 . then i mine ores and again become 30 i cant claim the reward again. if we withdraw our exp we will get our lvl decreased by the amout of exp withdrawed. like if i withdraw 27k exp when i am lvl 45 i get demoted 1 lvl cause lvl45 require 27k exp from lvl 44 . like that the our level willl be according to our total exp . will increase?decrease the lvl as we sell/buy exp from others .​

Reason(s):

it will help someone players level faster . like some players have good amout of moeny and less lvl ( moeny got from ranks and all) they can use this to get high lvl and alll​

Example(s):

assume i have 100k exp to get 20 lvl i need 150k exp . so i can buy 50k exp from anyone else and and be lvl 20 . like tji we can sell to others also​

About the /withdrawexp command . now someone told its for different exp not the one for leveling up . so like this make it that we can withdraw the exp used to lvl up also. add a new command for it

Yep that /withdrawexp is just from e.g. killing the dogs at Necromancer boss. They drop normal exp. And would be too overpowered if ppl could to that: like every player gets lvl 15 and 8 ppl give all exp to 1 person to get lvl 50 or sth and they do that to all 8, means 8 lvl 20 persons are then lvl 50 cuz of wittdrawing and giving to next person...
