Detailed description:
Currently, shards and money in OP Lifesteal are mainly used for seasonal ranks, spawners, and some upgrades. To make shards and money even more valuable, I suggest adding a Team Level System where players can contribute shards or money into their team balance to increase the overall Team Level.
Each level would unlock special perks or bonuses for the entire team, giving motivation to grind and work together. This would not only make shards more useful but also promote teamwork and long-term progression.
Example of level rewards (can be adjusted for balance):
Level 1: Access to /team vault (shared storage).
Level 2: Small permanent shard booster (e.g., 2% extra shards gain while killing a boss).
Level 3: Extra /sethome for all team members.
Level 4: Access to Team Chat effects (like custom color).
Level 5: Small money booster (e.g., +1.2% shard gain while killing a boss ).
Level 6: Increased Team Vault size.
Level 7: +1 Heart for every team member (temporary, resets every season).
Level 8: Cosmetic rewards like team banner, particles.
Level 9: (Max): Special title [Team Legend] or [Max Team] for all members.
