As For now if your appeal or support ticket goes under scanned or escalated we don't receive any alerts we have to see that appeal by opning links .

So I would like to suggest that whenever appeal or ticket goes under scanned or escalated the player should receive alerts.​

Completely gonna agree with this. It does get annoying going over and over to the support ticket section to see the prefix, so adding alerts for prefix will really be helpful.
