Kits give a lot of stuff which is often a pain to sort specially because regular sorters are slow and break a lot due to bad tps.
I designed this sorter so kits can be easily and instantly sorted without any hassle.
Materials required:
-barrel (12)
-target block (12)
-dropper (12)
-hopper (13)
-redstone dust (14)
-repeater
-redstone lamp
-building block (16, 1 has to be solid while the others can be transparent)
-trapdoor (12)
-door (2)
-chest (2)
Building:
1: place 12 barrels in this position and 12 12 hoppers pointing in to them.

2: place a row of target blocks behind the hoppers and a row of redstone behind the target blocks.

3: place a building block between the barrels and a redstone lamp on top of it.

4: place a repeater facing away from the building block followed by two redstone dust .

5: place a building block above the repeater and trapdoors over the hoppers opening away from the building block.

6: place building blocks in front of the trapdoors (preferably transparent) and place a hopper going into a double chest in front of the starting building block.

7: place a lever on the starting building block with 2 doors around it and a 2 block high glass wall before it.

Instructions:
1: fill each dropper with a single type of item from the kit (they should be filled with items that are in large quantities like wood and not with those that are in small quantities like tools, advertisement bells or enchanting table). The sorter will work as long as there are items in the droppers.
2: stand on top of the hopper and close the doors.
There are two ways after this. You can either claim the kit and manually drop the items on the hopper or make it so your inventory is filled with random items so the kit items automatically drop.
3: the items that the droppers are filled with will get instantly sorted and stacked and will gather in the barrels when the lever is turned off while the others will gather in the double chest.
(Make sure the entity clearing is not happening while using the sorter or the items might get cleared).
