Enable /team ac & allychat in combat​

Detailed description:

Pretty self explanatory, allow players to use /team allychat and /team ac (for short) in combat​

Reason(s):

allows players to chat with allies and switch to public when needed + you can already use /team chat in combat​

Example(s):

Player A is fighting Player B and wants to call Player C for help, Player A types /team allychat and sends a message because Player C is an ally of Player A's team​

I have been in the exact position 2 days ago I can say that I couldn't agree more.
Allowing team chat while in combat is a smart idea helping every member of the team, as well an advantage. If you couldn't switch chats and you wrote in public chat, enemy would expect your back up and would leave, making it less "strategical".
