Elytra Durability Balance​

Detailed description:

Currently, Elytra cannot be repaired by normal players, and only Reaper/Kingpin ranks have access to /repair. I suggest adding an option in /enchanter (or a similar system) where players can repair Elytra using in-game resources, and also allow Elytra to be enchanted with Unbreaking I–III.​

Reason(s):

Elytra is an essential mobility item in GenPvP but it becomes unusable quickly due to durability loss. Adding a repair option and Unbreaking improves quality of life for non-ranked players, reduces frustration, and keeps Elytra usable without making it overpowered or pay-to-win.​

Example(s):

• /enchanter → Elytra → Repair (costs money/items)
• /enchanter → Elytra → Unbreaking I–III
• /repair remains rank-exclusive to keep rank value intact
