Don't ban for ph2​

Detailed description:

Banning for opening process hacker before last reset is just STUPID and I can list a thousand reasons of why this IDEA is extremely DUMB starting with that some people already have ph2 because they couldve been screenshared on any other server, Not everyone plays pika, Other servers that screenshare exist too and you can ban people for opening ph2 just because you suck at screensharing... and one of the other stuff are that ph2 auto opens on when you restart your pc, Just learn how to ss, Get better staff and remove the rule, It's DUMB and no server bans for that BESIDES jartex and pika...​
