Donator Rank

Hi guys,
I'm back after a long time and I was wondering if I have lost my donator status and rank?
Since I stopped playing for a while and have decided to start again can someone bring me up to speed in a few words.
Thank you in advance and I apologize if this is already explained somewhere, I was unable to find any info for this.

Hi! Donators rank are not to be removed due to inactivity so you still probably have it. In case you lost it, you can make a support ticket using this link. Thanks! :)

Sometimes the Donator Rank's accidently get removed this happened to a lot of donators however staff can very simply fix if this has happened.
Just wondering what did u want to know about? and what is your ingame name?

I was wondering what new basically and i wanted to know if i have actually lost my rank.:)
I'll try to get in touch with the staff and see what i can do about my rank. I really enjoyed playing back in the day but school and work got to me eventually :).
Btw: My ingame name is KriskoBEATZ.
