Does spawners drop when you break them

Hey folks im new to skyblock (i normally play survival), so i had 3 spawners. pig, sheep and a spider, so i put them together and i learned that you have to put hostile mob spawners in a dark room and you have to put normal mob spawners in a non dark place. i gotta place the spider spawner in a different place so what should i do

You need a high rank (unsure which one) or silktouch spawner vouchers to get spawners that you break. often there are seasonal silk touch spawner vouchers in /ah for cheap.

Best way is make a farm with your best spawners and stay afk and collect loot in this "mob hopper chest" I think.
