Disable end portals

Heellllo so the other day i was at creative building and some kept opening and closing an end portal, as u may know that when a end portal is activated the sound is heard by everybody in every corner of the world so this has been exploited by players opening then breaking and again opening endportal over and over which makes a really annoying and VERY VERY loud noise. I exactly was dont remember thier ign but a player is saying "kids if you don't want to hear the noise just go to jartex (another server). He was probably light advertising. I think end portals should be disabled like redstone clocks are so no one makes lagmachines and not annoy anyone.

becuase it is very annoying when you just wanna chill and build with your friends and someone keeps making that noise .
