Disable elytra when in combat​

Detailed description:

When u 1v1 someone and pop thier totem or get them low on hearts they just fly away with an elytra.
It is really fair.

Or when u kill someone and someone just flyes with elytra and takes all the loot.

Not really fair.​

Reason(s):

Loot getting stealed
Player running away.
Friend helping in 1v1​
