I can work from 1 hour every day to 3 hours. Weekends are from 2 hours to 4 hours.
Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos?
I am able to record in 30fps using OBS to provide any sort of evidence needed.
Have you ever been banned?
I have been punished with kicks, and bans. The reason is that I was using a modded client and external application to gain advantage over players in the server.
Experience & Motivation:
After being punished, I realised that cheating was not the right thing to do. After playing on the server, mostly Practice I've seen players cheat in ways that everyone can tell, Autoclickers,KillAura etc. After facing those players many times I got really frustrated and decided to help the players and make it fair for everyone.
What would you do if someone was advertising?
I would mute them for 12 hours. If the advertising didn't stop my next punishment would be a 2 Mute. Last offence would be a Perma Mute.
What would you do if a player was abusing their rank?
If the case was really serious, i would ban the person for 90 days
What would you do if someone was being disrespectful towards you / others?
I would kidnly ask them to stop, if they were racist, homophobic etc as their first offence I would mute them for 1 day. The next offence would be a 10 days mute.
Do you have any other hobbies besides playing Minecraft?
I play the Electric Guitar and make phonk music!
What is your best memory from playing PikaNetwork?
My best memories would be playing with my friends until midnight on a school night having fun and playing bedwars or practice and dueling other parties and winning!
What is your biggest strength?
Certainly one of my greatest strengths is being outgoing to different people even if I do not know them or no longer due to the fact I agree with this is a way to make an amazing impression with that induvial consequently inflicting a friendship and possibly them becoming a member of the server and being an energetic part of our community. Any other energy that i have is my advantageous mindset the motive why I believe its a electricity is because its contagious inflicting different induvials to be high quality in the direction of others and so on spreading and spreading.
What is your biggest weakness?
However a number of the largest weaknesses that i've are; that I once in a while conflict to explicit my emotions towards others because of the fear that I might also opportunity be referred to as out due to it and i have struggled with bullying troubles in my past because of me being relatively of a "Cry baby" consequently I really evolved a worry of displaying emotion to others especially the ones I don't know. A completely bad weak point that i've is that i am a quiet character, i love no longer being noticed and that i often don't like talking in discord (voice chat) however i'm able to do it if wanted. The downside of being quiet however; is that I may additionally conflict with speaking to different team of workers participants or gamers. A weak spot that I incredibly have managed to manipulate is me being shy toward different human beings; i have made extraordinary leaps and effort to get rid of this weakness as soon as feasible and i am grateful that it's far running so nicely because it progressed my lifestyles.
Why should we accept your application over others?
Because I think I am a great fit for the Staff team, and would help the server become fair and less toxic.
