Die in Survival Spawn while log in

Again another bug, I somehow die after i join survival, was wearing full Wizard Kit and suddenly die while i join in, before i close my game i was not in pvp nor any dangerous place.
I somehow die while i log in and now i lost my armor, sword and my hardly forged bow. Please fix and hope for refund because i work hard on it
