OP SkyBlock Payouts Rules​

Detailed description:

Hello, I've noticed that the Staff members were recently looking for suggestions for the OP Skyblock Payouts Rules, so there's my suggestion:

- Strikes System:
Strikes System is essential in a competitive gamemode, as it makes rules more understandable and more easy to use for the staff members, and also easier to inform the players about the rules or anything.
Every Island will have a chance of getting maxium 7 strikes, or either they will get disqualificated from the payouts (Seasonal), and passing it would get the players who has broken the rules severly banned.
Strikes punishment would vary from a rule to another, depending on it impact on the gameplay.

- Thread about the Payouts Rules and Explanation:
It is important for the players to know what are the payouts rules for the gamemode before competing, as they could break a rule without knowing about it.

- Islands Report Section:
To make islands reports easier, there should be a section for it in forums, exactly like OpFactions, only Op SkyBlock staff could access it and accept/deny it.​

We are already planning to implement something similar.
However, could you please provide us with some unique rules that should be implemented to OP SkyBlock?

By 'unique', I mean that they shouldn't already exist on (for example) OP Factions.
