Decrease minimum /wallet amount.​

Detailed description:

Decrease the minimum amount of /wallet claim in dc, like maybe 1.​

Reason(s):

Since now many gamemodes' [ah] can now have gold transactions, it only makes sense to decrease the minimum 500 gold for /wallet. we can use the gold now, even if it is 50 gold or so.​

Example(s):

I just got 50 gold from a bug report award and said i could claim it in dc with /wallet. i tried to get something from skymines /ah for 25 gold. i really wanted it so i did /wallet in dc but said i have to get atlease 500 gold per transaction. some1 else bought the item and now im sad.​
