Cooldown the kits in kit pvp​

Detailed description:

People who have a rank like legend Ulti Ulti + are too OP.
And they get that every second.
So I ask if you can set a time when they can get it.
Like every 24 hours.​

Gamemode / Platform:

KitPvP​

Reason(s):

Reason:
Because they get that kit every time they go / hub and go back to kit pvp.
And that kits have too good stuff.
So I ask if you can change it,
What I am asking is Let them get those kits every 24 hours.
Otherwise the game just becomes PAY2WIN.​

Example(s):

Just change the kit cooldown time to 24 houres​
