Cool down for punch bows​

Detailed description:

Punch bows are so much annoying . It requires no skills. Some players just camp at base over the bed and keep spamming bow. This is fine but players using punch bow in short ranges is pretty annoying. There is no way you can hit your enemy having a punch bow if he actually knows how to use it. Even some dumb players with 0 minecraft skills destroys sweats with bow.​

Reason(s):

Bows are long range weopon but players use punch bows in short range which is definitely not the purpose of a bow.​

Example(s):

Adding a small cooldown like 1-3 seconds.​

Thank you for your interest in creating a suggestion to improve the server. We are always doing our best to make the server a better place for everyone.
However, we have eventually decided to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

• The punch bow is an expensive item which can be used for various things, including knocking away players who are nearby. A cooldown would severely limit its utility.
• Using potions and ender pearls, it is entirely possible to counter the punch bow.
• The utility of the punch bow greatly depends on the skill of the player using it. Players with mediocre aim will not make use of the bow very well.
