Hello!
My name is Sam and I will be going over common issues I see in the #help-lobby in the discord server.
The reason behind this is some people may not be in the discord or have easier access to the forums so therefore I am making this in order to help them get the answer to their question.
I have found a rule breaker, punish them.
Now, I see this message quite a lot going through the #help-lobby channel and I would like to make it much more simpler for people to understand what they need to do when they have found a rule breaker.
If you have found a rule breaker, Please get some evidence whether this is video evidence for actions a player is doing (hacking, exploiting etc.) or photo evidence for if they break rules in chat, please make sure that in both the video evidence and the photo evidence that is is full screen and not cropped down, it must include the scoreboard otherwise the player can not be punished for what they are doing.

I have been banned, I have been false banned, Why was I muted.
There is a lot more that I could add to the sub-heading, However those sum it up on what this is about.
If you was banned or muted, most of the time these will not be false (Unless it is the anti cheat, that does get a few false bans), but however if you do believe it was false then you may appeal this punishment on the appeal page linked below, If you are also unsure on why you was muted or banned you can also check this on the punishments page I linked below.

I have a gift card, How do I redeem this?
If you have purchased or been given a gift card, Please follow the steps below in order to use it.
1. Go to the store, this can be found here: PikaNetwork Store | Welcome (pika-network.net)
2. Look for the gamemode you play and choose what you would like to buy, this can be ranks or any of the other.
3. Add the items you would like to purchase to your basket.
4. Go to checkout once you have added your items.
5. You will see somewhere to enter coupons/gift cards, you can enter your code here and proceed with the checkout.
I'm glitched in a block at spawn, I'm stuck in a block
If you are stuck in a block somewhere across the network, a easy way to fix this is to use the commands /spawn or /hub (or reconnect), these will 99% of the time fix the issue for you.
This IP Address has been detected by our Anti Bot Filter.
If you receive this error when you are trying to log in, please make sure you are not on a VPN/Proxy, if you still get this error then restart your router. If that doesn't fix it then please make a appeal here: Ban/Mute Appeals | PikaNetwork (pika-network.net)
There is obviously more that can be wrote to this, However these are the issues I see the most and feel like making a thread for it will be a good idea. If there is anything you feel like I have missed or that could be added please reply to this thread with it as the aim is to help as many people as possible.
