Suggestion:
Clarifying several rules with examples

Detailed description:
In the old rules page, rules were also provided with examples below the explanation of the rule, which was located on a separate forums post. This including things such as what counted as negative behaviour, what didn't count as a certain rule, and etc. However, when the rules page was updated with the new UI, the examples that clarified what counts or doesn't count as breaking a certain rule were removed. Therefore, in the rule explanation popups that appear when you click on the rule, some examples of what is and isn't punishable should be included.
This would also make punishments more systematized rather than preferential and subjective based on the staff member.

Reason(s):
This would help guide people on what is/is not punishable before thinking that a certain phrase or action isn't counted under a rule, but actually is. This would benefit not only players who are actively trying not to break any rules, but also forum reporters so that they would have minimal denied reports for reasons such as "too light" or "not punishable".

This was a thing back before the forums rules was revamped, so I don't see any reason against at least having short lists of punishable and not punishable phrases/words.

Example(s):
What phrases/words count and don't count for a certain rule. In past cases, even when I was still staff, I've seen people get punished for something that was much lighter that someone who went unpunished even after having reports created on them and denied.

Although some rules are just purely common sense, such as sexual content, or death threats, other less serious rules such as negative behaviour should be further clarified, as people from different places may interpret words that may be derogatory or insulting differently. Other types of clarifications should also be made, for example some words can be used as a swear word but not in a sexual context, even if the word itself is sexual. This could either be a "Including but not limited to" list, or if possible, even a full list of all punishable phrases/words for certain rules.

I upvote this because nowadays, it feels like every report or appeal gets dismissed with vague responses like "too light" or "not punishable," without any clear guidelines to back it up. The lack of set examples in the rules leaves everything up to staff interpretation, making punishments inconsistent and sometimes even unfair. If there were actual lists or examples of what is and isn't punishable, players would have a clearer understanding of the rules, and staff would have a standardized reference instead of just justifying their decisions however they see fit. Without this, rule enforcement feels more like personal judgment rather than an actual system, leading to frustration among players who genuinely want to follow the rules but are left guessing at what actually counts as a violation. Bringing back specific examples, like in the old forums, would make everything more transparent and fair for both players and staff.

(I'm thinking of one particular staff member that camps forums, declines player reports with their eyes closed.)

Even though this is a great suggestion, I doubt it is needed to provide examples for every single rule. I believe users are aware whether or not something is against the rules.

This isn't really about awareness, it's moreso to distinguish between "too light" and "sufficient", and this has always been an issue. Plus, I said for certain rules. This is assuming people already know what should be punishable. Its more for those rarer cases. However, I do see your point, but its just that some things can be clarified further.
