Suggestion:
Changing the way gold is taxed in AH

Detailed description:
Rn in /ah , you get taxed 5gold for evrything you /ah sell for gold

Instead of taxing from your gold balance,i suggest that it is taken from the gold you obtain if the item is sold

Reason(s):
●f2p players cant really make gold rn

●You cant sell items in ah for gold if u dont have 5 gold rn

●If you decide to remove one of ur gold listings its a waste of 5g

Example(s):
Lewpie puts something in ah for 40g, a player buys it,the gold is taxed from the 40g and the seller gets only 35

Lewpie puts something in ah for 10gold, no one buys it , he can easily remove it as 5 gold isnt wasted in the process of listing it

I downvote this suggestion, because the reason they added taxes is because it should reduce the amount of stuff in the auctionhouse sold for cheap gold. If players know that they will get the gold back if noone buys the stuff, it may happen that items are sold for low amount of gold anyways - talking from 10-50.
At the moment there there is the risk of losing 5 gold without selling anything. This is what makes the tax working. With your suggestion they would have to higher the taxes.
F2P players will then have to make bug reports, suggestions or events, giveaways etc. to get a decent amount of gold

I see where you are coming from.Before the tax,ah was spammed with worthless items selling for gold,making it impossible to find quality products
Thanks for your reply!

There is a reason why when there is a large number of items in the auction house, there is an implementation of searching for the item. You can easily find the item u want to buy by entering the name of the item. For example, if you want to buy a rank. Just enter "Rank", the seasonal or perm ranks will be filtered out for the user to see and buy.
