About ban appeals (Short)​

Detailed description:

First of all, I'd like to include a few changes to how you ban people and accept/deny appeals​

​

• The staff member who banned the person cannot accept/deny the appeal
• If a staff member bans someone, the evidence must be provided in the ban
• When a staff member banned him/her, and he/her appeals, it is only right for the staff member to reply to his ban appeal if there is no evidence with the correct reason and evidence of him/her breaking the rule.

Reason(s):

The current appealing system is not that good. If there is no evidence provided, he/her should get unbanned. And before denying the appeal, you should talk to both sides (The staff member that punished him/her and the person who got banned)​
