change reset transfer time​

Detailed description:

i suggest to change transfer reset time to 12 hours, like blackmarket.​

Reason(s):

because in this season, there are several tasks that are required to buy stuff from transfers. What's more, the items available on the transfer are very limited, and it takes a long time for the transfer to reset. thus making it difficult for some players to level up​
