Change price of silverfish spawners and faction value it gives too​

Detailed description:

Hello, like the title says I suggest that silverfish spawners get more expensive every week so there is no need to place millions of them for ftop. If you are able to make it so spawners that are bought earlier in the season don't change their faction value when placed later on.​

Reason(s):

Saves a lot of time for ftop1, ftop2, ftop3 factions that need to place millions of spawners for ftop​
