Change on the new chat repeating rule​

Detailed description:

Currently, the repeating chat messages rule does not make sense... People who want to spam add 1 letter each time.​

But for people like me saying "gg" after every practice match or bedwars game, it's just annoying.​

So it would be a solution to make the filter like this: Repeating the same message in less than 30 seconds, gets filtered.​

Means:​

People who write the same message after 30+ seconds to maybe advertise /ah will not get filtered. Same for writing "gg" after 30+ seconds.​

Reason(s):

This would make saying "gg" less complicated and the actual spamming filter is there for filtering soam messages, those who are written in less than 10 seconds multiple times.​
