Change item rename limit / items it can rename​

Detailed description:

Make it so 30 characters is the limit , but without including the codes, because if you “&3&l&m&n for a short word in a 3 word rename , takes 8 spaces for the code only , and if you want to do a different color using the same code on the second / third word , you will need 8 and 8 more spaces just for the code, while the result will be like 3 letters. And also make it so we can rename fishing rods too.​

Reason(s):

The current limit makes it impossible to make cool multi-colored renames on items.​
