Change in rebirth​

Detailed description:

Make it so player doesn't losses token, beacons and experience when doing /rebirth, as currently players can withdraw their currency and store in private vaults before rebirthing and claim it again after. So, there is no reason to have the player lost their token, beacons and experience. Or make it so that when /rebirth players gets all their token, beacons and experience in their mail as gift.​

Reason(s):

Prevents players from mistakenly doing /rebirth and losing their resources. Also prevents new players who don't know about the losing of currency when doing /rebirth (I know it is written that you will lose your resources when doing rebirth but many players are careless like me).​
