Can't join

I was playing as normal then I was kicked for no apparent reason.
So I joined back and it said
"Seems that a player with the same username is currently playing"

I've had this glitch in the past but it's lasted over a day now and it's never lasted that long before.

Opfactions is currently down, same thing is happening to me and others, nothing much you can do about this apart from wait
