cannot join any game

this has been the same for weeks now people are COMPLAINING
because they cannot even join skywars not even the tri-hardy solos like tell me why? it says i ran out of map selections for the day but i have not even played bedwars since october the 13th skywars been down for idk pls help US ALLL
