ok so his name is PokemonSlayer649 this guy was 1v1ing me in ranked build uhc and he was camping the whole game and the fight was gonna end in like 4 min because the max limit to a fight is 20 minutes so at the end after he kept bowing me from his camping position i knocked him down and then obviously he had more gaps so he won i just need you guys to do something about this he has to be punished and i want my elo back if thats possible because camping is now allowed and it really annoyed me because he kept saying 'ez' and stuff like that i tried to contact stuff but none was online which pissed me off please do something and thanks

Relax dude, it cause your PING or maybe FPS bad so that u can't hit others. Don't blame to the server, It working FINE and don't swearing on posts please, It KILLING my eyes.
