Bugged items regive​

Detailed description:

Once a player got a bugged item (was scammed or something else) the staff members should give the same item back to the player and take the old one. There should not be refund by money or pika gold.​

Reason(s):

So, I got a bugged item out of the auction (its was a samurai voucher), apparently once I pointed it out to the staff members, they basically said "Report the bug, you got scammed, but we will not give you anything back, good luck", so that automatically makes me mad, so what's stopping be of putting the same item back into the auction? maybe even a bigger price? What it means, the same bugged items just float in the auction house people are scamming each other, everyone is mad at each other and so on. The staff must at least take the item from a player, because when he hears "nothing we will do" he will most likely scam others.​

Example(s):

Someone, for example Jack sees a voucher for ninja, he thinks that's a pretty good price for that voucher and he buys it for 60k. When Jack got the item he automatically uses it, but it dos not work. He contacts the staff and they say "you got scammed, please contact any helper or staff member when they are online on the server" or "send a delivery for that and that staff member and he will resend an item which works. Do not put the broken item back to the ah". Jack get's it's item back and no one will get scammed by the same item again.​

Other than developers or owner no one has the right to give you things on the basis of bugged item and if u anyhow got a bugged item then just make a payment ticket by giving a proof that would be enough to tell that the item is bugged.

Scamming is against the rules, but these players who know their item is bugged are getting away with it. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get the item back, but I really hope they will fix the issue of bugged vouchers, and make more players aware that this type of scamming is not allowed.

ofc, if you bought it from website with real cash, pika gold and etc., but for people who don't want to buy anything what options do they have? buy things out of auction with paranoia knowing, that the voucher could be bugged? and if they buy no one can help them. They only have once choice to continue the streak and scam someone else. Staff should at least take the item from the player, and preferably give a new one.

I agree with you, there are two choices here: fix the vouchers once and for all or take the bugged items from them so they couldn't scam others. As a bonus they could give keys or something. Otherwise players just leave the server or get banned by scamming.

As I have already told if u make a payment ticket with enough proof then staff will return the same item but u need to give them a proof that this item is bugged .

Payment ticket is for goldshop and webstore purchases. The auction house is completely different and a payment ticket cannot be made for it.

As far as ik rank vouchers and claim blocks which are bugged can be regained by making payment tickets as starrly told me
