Since many people ask for item return if they lost something due to a bug or rollbacks.​

This could discourage people from making bug reports that could actually help the server. Therefore, -1.

Actually if you have enough video proof of the bug and showing how you didn't get your item / lost your item due to a bug, then you can actually make a payment support ticket.

you don't get any item back which you didn't bought it from /goldshop or store if you lost it due to bug even tho you have all the necessary evidence

It would be better since there are insane amount of bug and many people losses alot of item and kept asking for the refund in the bug report or on discord community help , this would be a official message which player can show them that they won't get a refund. Hiding the truth won't gonna help the players anyways

Imo it's better to report bugs that can cause item disappear, instead of making application to return items back to his owner.

maybe you didn't read correctly just those 3 lines , he meant to mention the statement "Note that we are unable to return any items lost due to bugs or rollbacks" in Bug reports info [READ BEFORE REPORTING] so that people won't ask for refund and become aware about that
