bug or smt happening on passwords

so how i can say i cant join my account and i known my password and my account dont got hacked somewhy i try login on my account and it say "wrong password" and that is not happening only for me there more people that cant login on the account i alr send a password reset but no answer if someone could tell me if its a bug or smt i would be happy bc i dont want lost my account
