Buff Fragments Drop Rate​

Detailed description:

So as of now getting enough fragments for Sapphire And Philosophy armor is near to impossible for a single person.
And adding a buff to their drops can be really good and to make it fair it can be added with the same logic as abyss coins like as you get +1 per blocks mined for each rebirth in the abyss it can be same for the fragments mining in the arena +1 per rebirth.​

Reason(s):

It can get so hard to get the top armor sets later on till amethyst set its managable but afterwards its so hard considering the fact that sapphire and philosophy stones are much more rarer than any other​

Example(s):

For example a person with 0 rebirth will get normal drops as of now
but someone with rebirth 1 will get 1 extra drop and same for higher rebirths like someone with rebirth 7 will get 7 stones per block mined​
