Bringing the goldshop into Practice​

Detailed description:

As most people know, every other 'server' on pika has the goldshop option, being able to purchase ranks, etc, using votes.

Is it possible to have it in practice? Being able to purchase keys, or ranks using the same method. Or even being able to purchase more cosmetics such as killmessages & others.​

Reason(s):

Practice (as far as I know) is the only server with no /goldshop, which seems unfair, since theres no real perk to voting in practice apart from voting keys.

Practice has a big playerbase too, players who main the server would have more reason to vote. Vote crates aren't used very often in practice since theres not really any purpose and you most likely get ranked matches or points, so having goldshop would definitely give more interest.​

Pretty sure most of the game-modes have gold shops and It would give people more options to spend their iron/gold.
