Bring the old suggestion payouts back​

Detailed description:

So till last year all accepted suggestion used to be rewarded but from last 2 months only top 3 has been given gold which is good but somewhere its not fair for others for example if someone is trying to make server actually better and is suggesting many things but just because his suggestions are small and doesn't stand out as the top three doesn't mean he doesn't deserve gold.

I don't know if its true or not but i feel like amount of suggestion being made now has drastically dropped because many people just think that their suggestion doesn't impact the game that much so there is no way they can be in top three and they just don't make any suggestion if the old way is brang back everyone will be excited to make suggestions and make the server a better place for everyone.

I really hope staff pays some attention to it.​

Everyone who is spending there time making a suggestion for the server genuinely deserves gold they could just sit around like others but they wanted the server to be better so they must be rewarded for it. And bringing the old way back where everyone was paid and some were even paid for more/impactful suggestion was a balanced way to reward​

It should be same as before that even small suggestions are rewarded for their efforts and dedication for the server and top 3 suggestions should still get a special reward maybe extra gold or anything that staff thinks would be good while keeping it fair for everyone who genuinely respects the server​

I am neutral on this. On one hand the new payout system is good because only high quality suggestions should be made, but on the other hand this is not working out as expected.
The judgement feels like this:

• Is the post AI generated?
• Does it have random percentage-boost examples to fill out as much space as possible?
• Does the suggestion want to "revamp" the gamamode

With all those points completed, you can win the payout...

TBH I wouldn't have replied to this but since methovas mentioned me in the winner list of TOP 3

I would just say make revamps about game mode including the small changes u want that way your suggestion have higher chance to come in TOP 3 since you don't give a suggestion about a particular thing but a whole game mode

+ I made two or three suggestions regarding opsky not revamp but minions revamp / the mines revamp they does not count towards top 3

It's not about the small surface stuff at all. What really matters is whether the suggestion actually brings real value and can be done in a practical way. If it genuinely helps the server get better in a meaningful way, then it stands out. That's it. Looks and fancy wording don't matter Like - This. Real impact is what counts
