Bring back icebridge​

Detailed description:

Bring back ice bridge as a rotational item.​

Reason(s):

Ice bridge was really loved, it was really op in duos and solos, i would personally love for it to be back again.
You would just get ice bridge go in the opps beds and kaboom ez game.
Now i better not see any staff member denying this suggestion for "it was added months ago " or "arleady suggested and denied" .​
