Bring back Cmmds​

Detailed description:

Dear Dev's According to https://store.pika-network.net/category/oplifesteal-ranks -> Omega rank and +

• Access to /stonecutter (Not in combat) For Omega and Ultimate ranks
• Access to /grindstone (Not in combat) For Omega and Ultimate ranks
• Access to /anvil (Not in combat) For Omega and Ultimate ranks
• Access to /invsee (Not in combat) For Ultimate rank

• Access to /compact or /blocks
• Access to /Trash

Reason(s):

Reasons are these commands are really usefull for builders, armor makers, enchanters and it makes it easy for the players to use them during their task and would also reduce the time of them having to make specific item to use it for eg x is enchanting and he needs both anvil and grindstone but he would have to make both of the items to use it and with anvil it will break after certain point

./invsee and ./compact commands were disabled due to a dupe but we can expect them to return in the new season


./trash cmmd is also very usefull for the players as it can allow them to trash the extra stuff they dont want in their inventory
this command use to work in the current season but a week ago it got disabled without any changelog​
