Thats probably because of your internet. Im pretty sure theres sum tips on youtube to like make ur wifi faster.

also the dns server 1.1.1.1 is the one i use and i get abt 11-42 ping but it really depends on ur region and if u have strong wifi
i personally use a ethernet cable to not have so many lag spikes
And lag spikes are mostly the reason ur blocks are disappearing unless u have very high ping
