Better Anticheat and /report command​

Detailed description:

At the time 14:00 pm GST ive personally noticed huge server lag spikes along with tons and tons of players using unfair clients and making the server more and more toxic.. now im in no way am trying to blame this on any staff, i respect them and its a great server ill be honest, if it werent i wouldnt be playing here for as long as i have which even if isnt a whole year, its long enough, and ik u can use the forums for reporting but the issue is that, **how many will u report**, many just dont seem to care and if u take bedwars as an example, every match u will 90% find 1-2 hackers, and dont even talk about bedwars duo or trios, u see its not possible to record so many players and continuously report, so i think there should be a /report command or alternatively there should be more staff and helpers active at times when players complain more about hackers and toxic players, such as i complain about the time rn (14:00) but again as per my timeline im not active for more than 12 hours everyday, so yea.. hope u get it​

Reason(s):

The reasons are simple and thats simply to make the server better, there are tons of events, updates and several new things which makes pika personally extremely unique to me, ive played on it for a long time spending hours everyday, but i think the one thing it really requires is better anticheats and more methods to reduce toxic lobbies/games and also hackers. i suggest a /report command, better anticheat, and staff such as helpers and even moderators to be given specific times to be more active at and these times can be selected by the users by making discord polls or so, this way the staff can get a better idea of **when and where** exactly are players complaining more about toxic chats and hackers, cause i really dont expect the staff to be on their screen all day banning players, so this should be better​
