Bans getting glitched

Sometimes, warnings got removed and also mutes/bans. This is a little bit weird, ngl

I can explain, the servers bans after a while reset giving players a chance to rejoin, they clear their mutes, bans list and hackers that were perma banned before can now join. It might not be for everyone but if you were banned 2 or 3 years ago you can rejoin.

Not a very clearly explanation, like if that is a real thing then why would perma bans been made, why don't they just ban them for 365d? I got a warnings about like 2 months ago and it now gone (not even listed on the warnings list)
