Bann appeal/Bag report

Hey guys!I just bought new pc and i started playing minecraft;i like the game.And i started playing multiplayer and i played on some servers and i join ur community and i registered.I used menu to choose what to play and i am banned from every single thing,here is screen shot.So i want to play here can staff unbann me or unbag me?I tried with multiple accounts but they are banned too.
