ban for no reason :(

hlo my game name is unkown_legend_ and i got ban for no reason my ping is very bad plz help me i got ban for permanently bcoz of my internet so plz help me i play so many game and bocz of my internet i ban so plz check and unban me i will be very happy :( its saying in reason: (indian sucks) so plz fix these and unban me my best server is pika network i love so much i donot want to play in other server i am so sad bcoz i was trying to winstreak and my friend past me bcoz pika network ban me so plz unban me
