How to make Ban appeal anyone can hepl me

First go here:https://pika-network.net/applicationform/ban-appeal.2/form
Type in your IGN (In game name) in the first box, and when were you banned in the second one ( type day first, month second, year third)
Next go into Pika and try to join a server, you will see a ban screen. Press F2 to screenshot it.
Next go to a image posting site (I suggest imgur) and post your picture on it (It will be in the screenshots folder in AppData/.minecraft/screenshots) Copy the link to your picture.
Paste the link into the third box.
In the fourth box type in detail why were you banned.
Next, if you have been banned before, select yes, if not select no.
And finally say why should they unban you.

If you need more help just ask and remember,
Use good grammar (Google words to see if you spelled it right) put lots of detail and be believable.
