I got muted for 3 days but hear me out.
There was this guy that was obviously hacking, and I asked the staff to ban him. But the staff was not responding and the guy kept sniping and was being so toxic. And in that frustration I might've spam messaged the staff. (5-6 at MAX). Please do something. My username is LinxDAN41K. I even brought silver rank recently.

your offense is valid
appeal or dont you wont get unmuted, pika dont give second chances
just wait for your mute to expire
and someone being good/asian doesnt mean hes cheating

Imo pika has a good enough anti-cheat. Plus you should always peacefully wait for staff to reply and punish the rule breakers instead of doing the same thing yourself or breaking a rule in your case.
The punishment it valid and is not permanent to wait it out and be careful next time!
