Detailed description:

● Whats a (yearly) roadmap?
A roadmap is a thing / a map which shows/ tells us about the planned updates and changes about pikanetwork. This also includes resets,Some update sneekpeeks and events.

● How is should applied?
The staff,dev team and team events should come together and make a "plan" and list out all the plans of upcoming updates.

Though team events members would only be asked for future events status and plans and would be told about the full roadmap (as they are not trusted / experienced as a staff is)​

Reason(s):

●Why add roadmaps?
Roadmaps is a great way to show and to hype up your community about your achievements and plans towards the game they like to play.
It makes the connection of players to management team better and would feel way more satisfied by the works of management team.

●Why its a good idea?
Ima be honest, we cant decide if its a good idea untill we test it. Though i think so it would end up good.

●Why players would like it?
The players and the community would know about the next updates and would be really happy to know about them, for example:
"Oplifesteal update is coming in month of July" or "new and amazing event coming in February,can you guess it?

●Wont it just make the hype die?
No, it wont as we would only know which month the gamemode is reseting and would get a few sneekpeek (like a new item). 90% of the info would be confidential.

●What if there is a delay?
Thats why we would only share the month of the reset rather then the exact date, for example opskyblock reset was on 14th june but it was delayed to 17th june. Hence it would still be held in june thus the roadmap would be still correct as the roadmap only told "opskyblock will reset in june".​

They will announce resets in announcement when its time, or they will announce stuff they adding when its time, its really not needed to tell when the gamemode will be exactly reseted and i dont think the developers will add this.

I agree with making a road map of what's coming for features and suggestions and some tiny edits or updates,
but revealing the events date like (seasons resets or discounts or crate dates) this makes players holding there hope and expectations for something they might not get what they were expecting, let's we got a reset date for a gamemode on DD/MM. when the season is about to end. people will start leaving/stop joining this mode bcz they know they will lose item. and they might join just to see shops or auction houses prices
