Detailed description:

According to https://pika-network.net/rules/:

Inappropriate username

Ban (Permanent)

However, according to https://pika-network.net/report-info/

We only accept reports in which valid evidence is provided. This means you either have to provide us with a full-screen screenshot (including /realname <player> in case the rule breaker is nicked

I currently have VIP and /realname is not available to me.
This means most people can't report inappropriate username like this guy "whatfuck"

On a related note: The guy ".LinenCoder8708" is swearing in the chat and I also have evidence of him hacking and explaining how he hacks but I can't report that either for the same reason.​

Having more people available to report helps to keep the server clean.​

I am fairly sure that if you open the game recap file it will show you their real ign if they are nicked, idk if they accept that though, and i don't think you can nick as a dot player so if he's cheating and you have evidene for it you should be able to report him, I don't really know how dot players work though so not too sure

Inappropriate usernames, unlike other offences do not need any evidence.
U can report the rule breaker by just writing their name in the report.
As for /realname it is a requirement for non minigame gamemodes where a nicked persons actual name still shows and u don't need to /realname for minigame reports.
If u come across a nicked person in minigames, u can just report the nicked name, staff will check who the nickname belongs to and automatically punish the actual person.
